Businesswoman and luxury real estate agent Carole Crist was born in New York City and raised in Roslyn, New York where she attended high school before going on to graduate Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Accounting from the prestigious McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.

A New York City resident for over 15 years with roots in the Hamptons as well as South Florida, Crist has enjoyed a successful career that includes time spent working in the financial services division of one of the “big six” accounting firms and owning and operating a century-old family business, all the while developing her passion for luxury real estate. After taking over the family’s costume business as president in 2000, Crist sold the company to focus on her real estate career.

Initially becoming a licensed real estate broker with The Corcoran Group in New York, Crist herself has been an active real estate investor over the past 25 years, building and remodeling various residential properties in New York City, the Hamptons and in Florida.

In 2006, she moved to Fisher Island in Miami Beach, Florida to live full time before serving as the First Lady of Florida from 2008-2011 which she considers to have been an honor and the privilege of a lifetime.

Having recently relocated back to Fisher Island, Crist has chosen to hang her license with Miami-Dade County’s No. 1 Ranked Realtor, Dora Puig, as an agent with Luxe Living Realty where she now specializes in Fisher Island and Miami Beach luxury residential properties with a focus on high-end condominiums. Her background in business and finance coupled with her meticulous and diligent work ethic and an extensive network in New York, the Hamptons, and South Florida, allow Crist to provide outstanding VIP service to value-oriented investors or buyers. It is also a great benefit to sellers of high-end properties who demand superior marketing and promotion efforts.

In her free time, Crist travels frequently to New York to visit her two beautiful daughters, family and friends. A true beach girl through and through she enjoys traveling, boating, tennis, philanthropy and being outdoors.
