Fisher Island Florida is one of the most private and upscale private island resort communities in the world, bearing no traditional means of access aside from the island ferry or a private boat. The first new construction on Fisher Island in nearly a decade is Palazzo Del Sol, a ten story building with 43 residences ranging from 3,800 SF to 9,800 SF with three to seven bedrooms. Palazzo Del Sol was completed in March 2016 and is now available for immediate occupancy.
The first true full-service building on Fisher Island, Palazzo Del Sol comes with amenities that range from private massage rooms, fitness center and a movie theater to a playroom for children and cabanas by the pool. The residences of Palazzo Del Sol in Fisher Island are available in a variety of options which include a pair of lanai units or three upscale penthouses. Private pools are one of the many features residents will find. Palazzo Del Sol will unveil three model units in the fall 2016, designed by Antrobus+Ramirez, Solesdi and Artefacto.
Fisher Island functions as a largely autonomous community. The 216-acre island has its own fire department, post office, school and also offers a number of activities to enjoy right on the island itself, from golfing to the beach club, tennis and water sports. Residents always have the option of hopping on the ferry to visit neighboring Miami and Miami Beach.
